Does NEN 8012 apply to the internal wiring of lighting fixtures?

Many thanks in advance…

This is different for each country. For the Netherlands the NEN 8012 provide guides to selected the correct performance level class, but what about for:
 Germany
 Belgium
 Spain
 France
 etc
Is there a list available which regular or standard should be used per Country to obtain the correct performance level class?

Best Regards,
Rudy
