L’Europe installera 100 gigawatts de capacité solaire en 2025
L’Agence internationale de l’énergie (AIE) a publié son dernier rapport sur le secteur photovoltaïque mondial. Dans ce rapport intitulé » Snapshot of Global PV Markets« , il est indiqué que l’Allemagne est le plus grand marché photovoltaïque en Europe. Le pays portant sa capacité solaire accumulée à 58,7 GW.
La deuxième grande puissance en Europe est l’Espagne, avec 4,9 gigawatts, suivie de la France (3,4 gigawatts), des Pays-Bas et de la Pologne (tous deux avec 3,3 gigawatts), et de la Grèce (1,2 gigawatts).
Un autre fait significatif révélé par l’étude de l’Agence internationale de l’énergie est que l’Australie, l’Espagne, la Grèce, le Honduras, les Pays-Bas, le Chili et l’Allemagne ont déjà une capacité solaire photovoltaïque installée suffisante pour « théoriquement » produire plus de 10 % de leur demande annuelle en électricité. Actuellement, selon l’AIE, l’énergie solaire photovoltaïque représente environ 5 % de la demande mondiale en électricité.
Atteindre les 1000 gigawatts de puissance solaire d’ici 2030
Selon l’association professionnelle européenne du secteur SolarPowerEurope et l’l’Observatoire des énergies renouvelables de la Commission européenne (EurObserv’ER) on estime que l’Europe installera 100 gigawatts par an à partir de 2025. Si cette prévision se réalise, nous pourrions atteindre un térawatt de puissance solaire accumulée (1000 gigawatts) d’ici l’année 2030.
