Special welding cable TOPWELD® H01N2-D
These flexible and robust rubber cables are designed to transmit high currents between the welding generator and the electrode in various applications with a rated voltage of up to 100 V. They are known as “welding” cables or H01N2-D. The Topweld H01N2-D cable has been specially designed to transmit high currents between the welding generator and the electrode. It can also be used in automatic welding machines, conveyor belts and assembly or production lines, such as automotive assembly lines.

The cable has been designed with extra-flexible copper conductors (class D), which makes it a flexible, robust and safe cable. Thanks to the quality of its materials and sheath thicknesses, it is the preferred choice for applications requiring a welding cable with additional flexibility, especially in difficult conditions, for intensive use with constant bending and twisting movements.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TOPWELD® H01N2-D CABLE
In addition to its flexibility, the properties of the vulcanised rubber outer sheath allow TOPWELD® H01N2-D to be used outdoors. This outer sheath also protects the cable against chemical attack, such as mineral oils or hydrocarbons.

Flame non-propagation
It has a temperature range between -40 °C and +85 °C. Its maximum short-circuit temperature is 250°C for a maximum of 5 seconds. It is a flame non-propagation cable and is resistant to the hot particles emitted during the welding process. It has the quality certifications awarded by AENOR and HAR.
