TOPFLEX® MS TRI-RATED / H07V2-K, the 90º flexible cable
Among the variety of cables available from Top Cable, the TOPFLEX® MS TRI-RATED / H07V2-K stands out as a cable specifically designed for internal wiring of electrical cabinets, switch boxes, and small electrical appliances.
CABLE CERTIFICATES
This single core cable, with current carrying capacities cable has the UL-certified. It is a low voltage cable, with different voltage depending on the standard taken as a reference:
- According to EN (H05V2-K) 300/500 V
- According to EN (H07V2-K) 450/750 V
- According to BS (CK) 600/1000 V
- According to UL (AWM) 600 V
- According to CSA (TEW) 600 V
The conductor, made of annealed electrolytic copper, and its PVC insulation give it a great flexibility that allows it to be used in tubes or flexible conduits for motors, transformers or any other machinery. The maximum conductor temperature of the TOPFLEX® MS TRI-RATED / H07V2-K is 90ºC according to EN and BS, and 105ºC according to UL and CSA.

The most common cross-sections available from stock at Top Cable for supply to the UK are 0.75mm2 -120mm2. The blue or brown versions are the most commonly used in installations. although the cable is also available in these other colours on request; black, red, yellow/green, grey, dark blue, white, orange, purple and pink.
It’s a flame non-propagation cable according to EN 60332-1 / IEC 60332-1 and VW-1, FT1 and FT2 according to UL 2556. It is CPR Eca certified according to EN 50575.
The cables, in any of their varieties, are marked metre by metre (from 10mm2) and are distributed in 100 metres reels.
