With the Tracking Top Cable tool you will be able to know where your order is during the whole logistic process of the shipment, from the moment you place the order until we deliver it to you.

TOP CABLE’S 360º SERVICE
At Top Cable we offer a comprehensive service to our customers. From the manufacture of the cables, their storage in our logistics centre, the preparation of the shipment and the entire transport process until your order reaches its destination. This active participation in each of the stages of the process allows us to have control of the goods at all times and, thus, to be able to offer all our customers this information.
In order to offer this information constantly, at Top Cable we have our own Tracking tool that will allow you to know where your order is at all times. Here we would like to explain how you can make use of it!
SIMPLIFY PROCESS TO LOCATE YOUR ORDER
To use it, all you need is an internet connection and the tracking number, a code that is given to you when you place your order. To track it, you have to enter the Tracking Top Cable website (tracking.topcable.com) and enter the tracking code in the space provided (it is very important to enter it without spaces or special characters).
After entering this code, you have to click on the ‘Locate your order’ button and then the most up to date information about your order will be displayed.

CLEAR AND COMPLETE INFORMATION
This page will provide information for you to verify that it is your order. The delivery note or dispatch number of the order is shown to avoid confusion, with the date on which the order was processed. You will also find the details of the different products included in the delivery note, so you can recognise all the cables included in the shipment.
The status of your order is detailed below. In this section you can differentiate between the following statuses: Under preparation, Not yet collected, Collected by forwarder, In transit, Booking or Delivered.
Finally, the transport agency responsible for the delivery will also be displayed in case you need to make any queries with the carrier.
